Simplex RCL1502 & RCL Series High Tonnage Hydraulic Cylinders feature a lock nut for mechanical load holding and a black nitride coating to improve long-term resistance to corrosion and wear.
Simplex RCL Series Hydraulic Cylinders are built for heavy load applications requiring mechanical load holding for extended periods. These powerful single acting load return cylinders feature a tough nitride coating on the body, lock nut and saddle to provide superior resistance to corrosion and wear.
Each RCL Cylinder is manufactured using advanced technologies and undergoes rigorous testing to ensure complete safety and maximum performance.
- Lock nut provides safe mechanical load holding for extended periods.
- Lock nut tested to 150% of rated load.
- High tonnage capacity for heavy-duty applications.
- Red band warns operator to end of stroke, over-flow port prevents over-stroke without stop ring.
- Body, lock nut, and saddle finished in a black nitride coating to improve corrosion and wear resistance.
- Replaceable wear bands improve seal life and side load capacity.
- Simple load-return design.
- Custom strokes and capacities up to 1000 ton available on request.
